Jackson County’s Dementia Care Specialist, in partnership with Interfaith Caregivers of Jackson County, host a support group the first Thursday of the month, for anyone who would like to meet in person with others experiencing the same concerns. Meetings are held at Jackson County Department of Health and Human Services, located at 421 County Rd R, Black River Falls, WI.
