Title III-D funds are required to be spent on high-level evidence-based health promotion programs to improve health and well-being and reduce disease and injury.  Programs must meet the evidence-based requirements as defined by the Administration for Community Living (ACL).

Visit ACL’s website for the definition of evidence-based health promotion programs as well as a chart of evidence-based programs eligible for Title III-D funds.
